What is carbon neutral?
The fossil fuels such as the oil increase atmospheric CO2 (carbon dioxide) by burning but may not increase CO2 newly as the quality of wood pellet fuel just exhausts the CO2 which was taken in the process as tree grows up.
It is called as "Carbon neutral".
